Lexxy: a new rich text editor

We've replaced Trix with Lexxy, the new Action Text editor from 37signals built on Lexical. You get Markdown shortcuts, better paste handling, and code blocks with syntax highlighting.

Lexxy is styled to match Jumpstart out of the box, and your existing Action Text content works without any changes.
