Any plans to add any analytics tracking (e.g. visits, events, etc.)?

Bharat Kilaru check out the video on Ahoy & Blazer gems. You can roll your own basic analytics fairly easily.

It would be cool to have it all right in the template though.

I still need to figure out what's the best option for analytics, as we'd definitely like to have it built-in already so you could have some base metrics out of the box. We'd probably be looking at Mixpanel or Segment and Ahoy as the free option.

Chris Oliver  I've been using Fathom for a while. I really like their philosophy and the UI/UX is very nice. If there's an easy path to integrate Fathom I'd definitely be interested in that.

As I near "launch" for my new app, adding Mixpanel integration is on my to-do list. It would be awesome if I didn't need to do the work for it.

Looking at their docs, it doesn't seem too bad to integrate with. There is just a need to determine the conventions for how to do some of the tracking. I also haven't looked closely enough to know if these should be done syncronously or if these should be queued up to do later.

Mixpanel works great. I think most all analytics queue up to be sent later but it's generally handled internally in their library.
