considering: another subscription tied to Team (Account ) membership

Guys if I have a business with a subscription on their Account, and they have additional team members on the Account, how can I offer a different subscription to a team member?

Example: An Account subscribes to a Plan which lets them see videos A, B, and C, customized to the Account.  So we need something like a AllowedVideos model with a plan_id and video_id. Then they add another user to their Account, perhaps a Consultant role.  So the Consultant gets to see videos A, B, and C because he's on the Team Account. (so far so good).

Then a marketing guy introduces the idea: "what if there are videos that only consultants can buy a subscription on behalf of their client whose team they are on, to see video D?". That is, everyone on the Team Account ought to be able to see videos A, B,C and D, but only if that consultant buys the consultant subscription which includes video D.  How can I have the consultant subscribe to that? it's tied to the consultant being on the team Account, so if the team Account owner removes consultant from the team then no one would see video D (because the subscriber, the Consultant, is no longer on the team).

follow up to the above:  important to consider that the videos are customized, so a consultant who subscribes for Team Account A he is on, has to buy another subscription for Team Account B he might also be on.  Maybe this is just metadata stored somewhere so when I look up the consultant's subscription it would have metadata of the Account id it's tied to and that has to match the Account id of a team account the consultant is part of ?
