Editing the scaffold for Jumpstart?

Chris Oliver Looking for direction on how I can edit or override the scaffold in jumpstart. I see in lib there are some scaffold things in the jumpstart templates folder. Not sure where the config is that says what should be run when using the scaffold. Say if I want to spin up another file in the model's folder when running it.
