Example of Multitenancy with projects

In the multitenancy youtube video it shows switching between accounts and projects being scoped to the account context you're in.

I was wondering if there were any guides or repos showing the relations between User, Account, and Project.

IE does a project have a user id and an account id?  How do I track which user created the project?
