Existing subscriptions on Stripe

I already have quite a few subscriptions going on Stripe (I sent ppl a direct subscribe link)... is it possible to "import" those into my soon-to-exist app?

So my customers would have a dashboard to check their subscriptions, cancel, upgrade, etc?
