Heroku Redis vs Redis Enterprise Cloud when using sidekiq

I have deployed my app to Heroku and I have it with Heroku Redis add-on.
In trying to enable sidekiq, as per the Jumpstart config, I am wondering if the Heroku Redis add-on is all that is needed or should I consider using the Redis Enterprise Cloud add-on, which i came across from a sidekiq tutorial.

which one should i use or am I supposed to use both on Heroku? thanks
