How can I give customers access to Github repo the same way Jumpstart Pro does?

Is there some code handy for giving paying customers access (and presumably revoking access) to a team/repo on Github? I want my customers to be able to add issues, make PRs, etc. I know Jumpstart already does this and I don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.
