How do I hide the Accounts and API sections in the Accounts tab?

Want to hide these sections until such time they are used.
How's the easiest way to do this.

It's ok, I've resolved it. For others playing at home, I did this.

I hid the links in the accounts_navbar and then went and commented out the code in the create method for both resources.
