issues after merging latest jumpstart/master

Chris Oliver we have just tried running 'git fetch jumpstart' and then 'git merge jumpstart/master' as per https://jumpstartrails.com/docs/upgrading but have now noticed issues with the changes to Pay v3. There appear to be a range of database migrations required for jumpstart to move all payments across to the new db format.

I have checked https://github.com/pay-rails/pay/blob/master/UPGRADE.md but it is unclear if this is relevant to jumpstart.

Can you confirm the steps required to merge the latest master branch of jumpstart with the recent changes to Pay?

I assume https://github.com/jumpstart-pro/jumpstart-pro/compare/pay-v3 has not yet been merged (which I assume would resolve the issues mentioned above). If that's the case, I'll hold fire until that branch is merged and you give the all clear to merge jumpstart with local master

Yep! Just merged that and been spending the day fixing bugs. Lots of changes all at once make it kind of hard to catch everything.

There's an UPGRADE.md doc in the JSP repo now that you can follow. 

Please post issues in GitHub if you find any.
