Jumpstart cancel/resume subscription issue

I think there's a bug with subscriptions. I haven't set up stripe webhooks yet, so I can't be sure. It at least feels bugy though.

As a subscribed user
when I cancel my subscription
I now have the option to resume my subscription.
When I click resume, my subscription resumes, but is no longer displayed on my billing section
I am now presented with the option to add a plan
I can then add a plan 

Every time I follow this process I create an additional active subscription for my user in stripe.
In the app admin dashboard it shows the same number of plans, but all of them are marked as active:false

Stripe webhooks are required for payments to work correctly. Use the Stripe CLI. 

Check it again afterwards.
