Jumpstart hangs for mostly fresh install

Not sure how to even document what is happening other than say that Jumpstart hangs. 

I get no errors.

I have added Stripe public and private keys, as well as the signing_secret to credential development. I have also run Stripe login and listen. 

I have two plans created and linked back to the Stripe test env. I have added each plan's price_... id to "Stripe" within plan. For this Stripe account I don't have "plan_..." just "price_...". Not sure why that is. 

I'm assuming the hang up has to do with Stripe but hanging occurs regardless of trying to subscribe to a plan, which does not work, btw. 

Just curious as to where I went wrong.

Did you check for Javascript errors?

I had a similar problem with a fresh JSP install. Using overmind instead of foreman as proposed at https://jumpstartrails.com/discussions/947 solved it for me.
