Jumpstart + nested comments tutorials + Trix = broken ?

Has anyone used the three things above at the same time yet? 

Trix works, but the form isnt reset and if you click on reply on the newly inserted comment, the Trix area will have the content you just entered. And I am not even talking about weird formatting. 

I was naively thinking that it would work straight out of the box :-S 

Got some example code you can share in a gist or something?

I will try to get something up before the weekend. Doing way too many things at once !
