JumpStart Rails 7

Rails 7 RC1 came out today alonside an annoucement they were driving towards on a Christmas release of Rails 7.

Pulling down the jumpstart repo today I can see there is a `jumpstart/rails7` branch in the works.

Could we get an update around a Rails 7 jumpstart release and where to from here as to blockers, challenges, progress etc and when we could start to be using the rails7 branch.

Everything has been Rails 7 compatible for like 2-3 months. No big changes since we're already on Hotwire since like March. 

Just waiting on the official release because we don't want to accidentally break anyone's apps.

I'm reading the commits in the repo regularly and I'm always downright *delighted* when I see updates being applied with haste! Like Tailwind 3.0 a couple of hours ago. This is why I continue to pay the licence fee.

Just went to look and can see Rails 7 was merged 16 December, so project running live on Rails 7 now.
