hi there, my JSP app is pre the Rails 7.0 and Ruby 3.1 upgrades what's the best process to follow to safely upgrade my app please?

the reason i also need to upgrade is because i have been getting this GitHub test error when creating a pull request and my guess it because it's a Ruby version discrepancy. For instance my ruby version is 3.0 but the during the GitHub test it is trying to set up 3.1.2 any ideas how to fix this if i remain on my current Ruby version?
