Membership site where there's a one-time fee to join followed by a subscription

I'm trying to use Jumpstart Pro to implement a membership site.

Out the box, does Jumpstart Pro support the following pricing model:
Membership fee to join followed by a monthly subscription fee

Any suggestions on how to implement this, if it's not supported out the box, would be greatly appreciated.

You'd just need to customize the subscription controller to also charge the membership fee along with creating the subscription. 👍

I created a invoice item right before the creation of the subscription in the subscription controller and that did the trick.
