Multiple Customer/User Types?

If you look at an app/site like Indeed, they have a "regular" customer who can look up jobs, apply for jobs, upload their Resume(s), etc., then there is a second customer type which is the Recruiters who put post the jobs and have numerous other options to make those jobs more visible. I also assume they have a "Admin" type user as well (or potentially could I guess).  

Does Jumpstart Pro support this type of multiple users types out of the box, or would one use the "is_subscribed" attribute that was shown in the "I built a SaaS content in 10 minutes" video to simulate that? 

Or I guess I could have just checked the Account Roles section in the documentation, it does seem to be supported. ;)
