New Customer Plan Selection

When a plan has been selected, clicking on the "Get Started" button results in the following behavior. If the customer's billing address contains "Utah" then Stripe pushes back with an error message to the effect that the address fails to locate the tax rate. However, when state is changed to "Ut" the result is as expected.
