No visual when user select a new profile picture?

When I go to jumpstartrails.com > My profile > "Upload Avatar" > select a new picture, there is no preview or no indicator like "a new profile pic is selected, submit to validate", I feel it could be better UX

I have the same thing in my project, that's why I am wondering how it could be better

Agreed! I will take a look at that today. 

I'm not sure what will make the most sense, but probably showing the selected filename or something will be a good start. Or maybe we immediately replace the image?

Anything come out of this yet? I think immediately replacing the image is the most intuitive.
