rails 6.0.0

Thanks for this amazing resource. On initial bundle, i noticed rails is at 6.0.0rc2. Might be worth bumping to latest stable at 6.0.0

Just upgraded to 6.0! The "~>" allows 6.0 final even if it's set to rc2, but it seems the Devise gems needed an upgrade to actually get 6.0 final.
