Routing Error - My first boot of foreman start

It seems to always GET "/_staticWHATEVERS-IN-THE-URL"

I'm using Cloud9. 
Brew is not being used because it takes up to much space. 

I really want to load Jumpstart pro. 
Please help, I'm sure this is a dumb question

All good, solved. After I restarted foreman like 5 times, it seemed to work

Strange. I don't know what the /_staticlocalhost:3000 would have come from. Strange route.
