Strange behavior when opening with RubyMine

In RubyMine, under Ruby SDK and Gems, I see 3 entries: One for my project, one named jumpstart, and one named jumpstart1.

And RubyMine complains some gems for jumpstart1 are not installed, even though I ran "bundle" in the project directory.

Why?

I get the same thing - and something appears to give RubyMine the impression that the git root is part of these sub folders here on the left. I believe these are related.

The number 7 is likely the diff in commits from my `jumpstart` remote or something like that.

Are you having any issues because of this? I haven't had any trouble so far, as far as I can tell, but it's early on for me.

I don't use RubyMine, but that's definitely strange. Wonder where it's detecting that stuff from?
