Suggestion: Rubocop integration and provides rubocop.yml

Rubocop now consider as essential tool for Ruby app.

You're welcome to add it. If anything, I'd probably go with StandardRb.

StandardRb is cool, the only one reason I'm not adapt to that because it's "non-final".

I post this because I have a concern that if I add linting rules that too different with yours, follow your upstream would become difficult (changing codingstyle may leading conflict on merging).

Yeah, I think we'll probably start using StandardRb soon.
