Terms of Service and Privacy Text

In the spirit of JumpStartRails and getting up and running quickly, I wonder if the privacy.html and terms.html could be updated to include a link to service(s) that may help with the generation of that text?  

I've used https://getterms.io/ before, but someone may know of a better alternative?

I would have opened up a PR to do it myself, but I wanted to open the discussion to see if there was a better service out there to be considered.

GetTerms seems handy. I've seen Iubenda and Termly as well. I don't honestly know enough about them to recommend one over another.

Has anyone else used these? And I guess more importantly, has anyone run these by a lawyer after buying a template?
