tip: how to avoid "high response time" alerts from Logentires on Heroku due to actioncable

By default I turn on the free Logentries plan, but found on my JSP app I was getting a LOT of "high response time" email alerts.
They all showed /cable as the culprit, which makes sense, it "stays open" unlike normal requests.
To leave the (handy) High Response Time alert active, but OMIT /cable from the alerts you can do this:
In your Logentries dashboard, edit Tags&Alert > High Response Time > Pattern
from: (service > 5000)
to: (service > 5000) AND NOT (path cable)
