Trying to install jumpstart but can't seem to create the DB

Hi, 

I am in the process of trying to create my first Jumpstart app but there seems to be something obvious that I am unaware of that is preventing me from creating and migrating the DB...

Any help would be appreciated.

Strong_migrations is preventing your app to proceed migrating. Take a look to the documentation:

Thanks - turns out I was following a video tutorial when I should have followed the steps in the README file.
