Where to open issues?

Here? The free GitHub? The closed GitLab?
Chris Oliver can you publish some guideline on how/where to report bugs/enhancements?
To make sure issues will be properly addressed and not scattered on these 3 locations.

Closed GitLab seems to be the best place.

GitLab or here is best. I've been traveling for conferences lately, so I'm just getting back into fixing up everything you guys have been reporting. 👍
